Spending more than 12 hours out of my house wasn't surprising ever since I came to poly BUT spending the full 15 hours out at town with interesting adventure and a learning experience is the first time ever. So yesterdayI went for 2 events and tire the hell out of me. (Im still tired now)
First event was a trip to Japanese Creative Center!
In conjunction with "COOL JAPAN MONTH", Japan Creative Centre (JCC) is organizing the Japan Media Arts Festival Exhibition which focuses on award-winning works from the Japan Media Arts Festival, leading-edge Japanese works of media arts including manga, animation, games, interactive art and so on. This exhibition aims to deepen the understanding of Japan’s creative capability through the introduction of the outstanding media art of Japan.
Now till 11th November, JCC will be having Japan media Arts festival exhibition at JCC!
The exhibition is fun and educational! The exhibition also shows how creative the Japanese are! Also, it is FREE! :D
Some of the pictures I have took.
(I have forgotten to bring my camera along. HOW CAN I BE SO CARELESS? /bangwall)
This thing, the blue thing, is actually made of white nylon yarn! Because the light shining on us are not normal white lights but UV/ florescent lights, the white yarn become blue. The light turns everything bright into neon. In particular white. (Even your teeth. Its GLOWING.)
The lecture on creativity was entertaining as professer Masa Inakage shows us the different ways of being creative. It somehow inspire me and opened my mind. WOAH AWESOME.
Next event up is daiko performance by SP daiko.
I don't really understand the music but I find their movement and all very unite and neat! :D
I just find their sound of the drums different from out school's daiko. Our school's daiko is more powerful to me. The sound. lol.
But it was super fun and entertaining! Especially Bobby! Hahaha! Bobby became famous in one performance! 8D
Yea so super tired after attending the 2 events. >.< 疲れた!
