Wasted the whole day while spending almost 6 hours on to and fro rides.
Edo wonderland is like not worth it at all. The travelling alone is 3,800 yen altogether.
I thought that there's this Yayoi festival ongoing but in the end I get to see nothing.
I wasted all my time there! It was not enjoyable ok. And the entrance fee was 3,300 yen...
Each mini game there cost 500 yen...
People, how can disneyland be more expensive than this

Japan day 5-9
You see I gotten lazy.
Well. Day 5 - 9, I didn't really take much pictures too so well >.<
Day 5 was Edo Wonderland. Freaking not worth the time and money seriously. I could had just spend all my extra money on disneyland. Approximately 7,100 yen! Not including the souvenirs and all.

Entrance.
You can see from its empty-ness... There is really nothing worth my time there.
It's like paying entrance fee for our Haw Par Villa.
And all the mini games need 500yen.
For 500yen, I got this at archery.
(You can also fend and say my shooting skills sucks but that still won't change my mind.)
(YOLO Disneyland's shooting is only 200yen for 10 shots??!)
Somemore got the afternoon entrance fee, which was I think 1,200yen cheaper. Still, we rushed in the end. Freaking not worth the money and time.
Total 8 hours of ride plus getting lost and delays... D:
My one whole day just gone! Like this!
Day 6 was Ghibli Museum and Tokyo Tower!
So cute! Can't express my love for Ghibli enough. I swear I was grinning all the time while walking there. Its like FINALLY.
Very happy because I got 2 Spirited Away artbook! Loving it! And it is freaking cheap. ^^
And at night, Tokyo Tower. Went up and woah. All lights of a buzzing city *w*
I wonder how is it like in the morning. ;D
Foggy or not??
And the lights of Tokyo Tower closes at 9pm sharp. When we went out, I couldn't see the tower anymore. ;A; Like so fast.
Day 7 was DISNEYLAND!
Very very very fun! Worth the money!! The weather makes waiting even more endurable!
Same price for Universal Studio Singapore but this place is 100x better!
Its a must go! Although the rides are not that thrilling, it is still awesome that they can make the boat rides so freaking interesting and detailed! Must experience!
And shooting only cost 200yen per 10 shots hor!
And Skytree at night. Followed by a walk back to Asakusa! Its within a walkable distance! ^^
The rest of the days, I did not really take much photos. I was busy shopping my way off.
Japan day 4
Sorry I led you all on a wild goose-chase.
Studio Ghibli's ticket was not available anymore on that day and then I was sad. :x
Ended up we walked Mitaka.
Hmm the place is a place full of residences and also residential area, with small shops that I find interesting to walk around~ Looks very very angular!
The place surprisingly has quite a number of foreigners too!
And you can feel the normal Japanese life here.

Welcome to Mitaka~
The streets. Angular buildings every where.
They have those very retro feel to every building. I some how felt time had stopped here.
You can know its 22 degrees but when the wind blows, you know it is not. .____.
The cigarette vending machines. You need to tap a card to prove that you are not a minor in order to buy. Cool system to me ^^
Ramen. That day we crowd the ramen shop. Full house.
Japanese buildings generally have awesome soundproof system.
When the doors of this pachinko place open, the music literally blasted out. You can even feel the tremble >.< and everything muted when the doors closed. .____.
Harajuku! I wanted to challenge this but in the end, its a PER PERSON challenge. .____.
And that dessert looks awesome! *w*
From the bridge at Harajuku to Kiddy Land.
109 at night! Same, did not get to enjoy the shops damn.
Japan day 3
Its my third day in Japan! I can't believed that I survived that~ I am in Japan! And gotten more familiar with their railway system and get abouts. ^^
I really felt that I am in Japan. :D
Can you all believe when I told my peers that I don't feel like going Japan anymore. I have no mood to go after like so long... And that on the first day when I reach Japan, standing on Japan's soil; "TMD I dont feel like Im in Japan yet!! I have no excited feeling at all. T_T"
So finally after 3 days, the surreal scene is a reality. I accepted that I am in Japan and I am going to enjoy and I am going Harajuku later!

But first, Ikebukuro!
I freaking love this big drugstore.
First, for its everywhere in Japan.
Second, cosmetics in Japan are somehow interesting and way cheaper. (50% discount compared to Singapore!)
Bakudan Takoyaki. I love this haha! Although I am full after a rather weird meal >.<
Must try when you go Ikebukuro! (Actually had also seen it elsewhere)
Got conned. I thought I ordered peach jelly soda.
Its actually peach jelly kirin beer. I dont like the taste. Although it is not strong but the alcohol taste disgusting. :x
I guess the only acceptable alcohol I can take is only Sakura wine? *w*
Finally my long awaited Takeshita Dori! *w*
To my -a bit- disappointment, it is some how like our Bugis Street but with cheaper price!
Too bad I did not get a lot of things from there because I am broke TAT.
Hence, that disappointment. D:
A word of advice - Go here with like minded people. If not like me, spending 10 minutes in every shop... Rushing like mad.
Takoyaki for dinner! From Gindako~ And yea, it's also in Singapore in the past. Not cheap too >.<
And quite disappointed to say that I cannot find any road stalls selling takoyaki or oden like how anime/drama portrays it!
The only takoyaki store I founded was Gindako >.<
And all shop closes at 9pm latest.
Japan day 2
I swear I had the best sleep from day 1 night. First time ever in my life had I slept so soundly outside my comfort zone. And that night, I slept so soundly that I woke up feeling refreshed. Surprised huh?? That is how influential Japan can do to you!!
Even sleeping there is a bliss~ Even their blanket is awesomely thick, fluffy and soft~
/fwafwa
So early in the morning, we head down around our neighbourhood to find a 100yen shop. In the end, did not found it but found 100 yen lawson instead. owo
Next was to Asakusa Cat Cafe! The lady boss was very friendly. ^^ And the cats are as tsun as usual but it is so cute!!

Not bad, considering that I bought a glove from there using my friend's money hahaha.

Next stop up is a cruise to Odaiba.
Plan there is to SHOP and SHOP but in the end never get to shop.
Oh well... Need to choose the correct group of people to go with.
And I know freaking who to choose to.
Rainbow Bridge
Daiba Fuji TV building
Statue of liberty
And Odaiba for me, was pretty much not worth it at all. Because I spent my whole evening ending up in a wild goose chase... No shopping at all. Only a couple of purikuras and that's all.
However I can say that there is A LOT of places to shop there! A whole stretch of shopping malls to choose! And the cool weather makes shopping 1000x worth it!
The only regret I had is well... I did not freaking get to shop. And there goes my whole day 2.

Land of rising sun. I am back from Japan! A 9 days trip to Japan with my friends! A group of 22 people hurhur.

So begin with day 1!!

Post will be splited into 8 parts~
So begin with day 1!!
Scooting!
Spot Mt Fuji!
Narita Airport. I swear I got a shock when I looked down from the plane - everything was freaking fields and short houses from bird's eye view!
It does not feel Japan... At all...
And the sun was warm. Really warm.
Slacking at Narita Airport. Just touched down in Japan!
Surprisingly, the airport was rather empty.
After an hour's ride, Asakusa!
Walking down Nakamise Dori~ My hands aching. My luggage was quite heavy. >.<
Sensoji Temple! The famous temple in Asakusa! My hostel was just nearby here :D
You can see Tokyo Skytree everywhere!!
Katsu Curry at Gogo curry. It was nice but too sian for me. I had to give half portion to my fellow guys >.<
Tokyo Skytree at night from Sumida park!! Sumida park was also near our hostel ^^
And the view is breathtaking. The wind too.
At night! The temple light up! It was just so nice~
More photos in my facebook album!
