Some exp i gained from my interview times; different industry, interviewer, ask for different things and have different understanding.
If you are dealing with a designer/marketing interviewer, they tend to jump straight to the details and conversations start from there. No introduction needed but they would love to listen to your skills and experiences; your knowledge instead. They understand how projects are based, how are you fairing etc. Direct managers tend to ask more about your personality, ability.
However when you are dealing with an interviewer who do not know or deal with your job role (believe or not I've interviewed with a handful of founder and they tend to be new to design industry), you will have to think on the spot of how to explain your experiences to them. Start with a simple intro; nothing too technical but not too generic too. For example SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), go around explaining it with words like Google, keywords etc etc.
Also show them you know your thinks well. Introduce yourself with details! Flow them thru, do not jump straight to what you did etc, it might be too overwhelming for them. Higher ups tend to want to know your future, goals, dreams, strength and weakness. So prepare all these as well.

Some questions I got,
"What are your dreams?"
"What is your weakness and strenght?"
"What do you see yourself in 5years time?"
"What did you do during xx months/weeks you are unemployed?"
"Can you voice your concepts well?"

Haha, I had a lot of good advices, from the harshest but coolest interviewer ever, "Girl, you will have to ask and speak up. No one is gonna know what you are thinking. Just my two cents, obviously I am not faulting you but it won't be beneficial to keep quiet during an interview."
COOL ME LIKE YOU! Thank you very much for the advice! Ohh yes, there are bound to be takeaways from every interview! My advice would be go to an interview well prepared with knowledge and an open mind; you might be needed to be a philosopher and speak your mind about your personal dreams and life.
Anyway, the more I go for interviews, the more I know what to expect for my next interview. Also the more I know about this industry; the practices of people and how to phrase your answers for impression, questionings. All very important!!
